One notable feature of the Turkish hammam compared to a sauna on wood is its entirely different climate. It is not as hot but more humid. It’s not just a procedure; it’s a magical Eastern ritual. The whole mystery consists of two main parts: first, after warming up on a warm marble table (chebek-tashi), the master begins to exfoliate the entire body with a special Kessa glove. Then, after a short break with a cup of aromatic herbal tea, the master moves on to the second part of the procedure. For the soapy massage, an airy soapy “cloud” is created, with which the master wraps the entire body and massages in this white foam. At the end of the procedure, the whole body is moisturized with special oils.
Body peeling at our spa is not just scrubbing; it’s truly a new breath for your skin. The peeling agent is 100% natural and is individually selected by the spa master according to your skin type.
For moisturizing the skin after peeling, special products are used:
- Coffee and cream (for all skin types);
- Coffee and honey (for all skin types).
The Finnish sauna has a beneficial effect on human health and well-being: peripheral blood circulation improves, the work of the heart, lungs, and lymphatic system normalizes, and immunity increases. The sauna provides relaxation and peace, a feeling of fullness of life. A distinctive feature of our sauna is the pine-scented, healing, aromatic steam, which allows us to create the microclimate of a real bathhouse. Such heating is an excellent preparation for other spa procedures, such as massage.
For the soapy massage, an airy soapy “cloud” is created, which the master gently envelops the entire body in, and then performs the massage in this white foam. At the end of the procedure, the entire body is moisturized with special oils.
