About this room
A comfortable hotel room with a view of the forest. An excellent choice for guests attending corporate events, featuring two separate beds (0.90 x 2 meters).
Upon your request, we can arrange the beds together to create a full double bed and provide an additional sleeping space in the form of a sofa chair.

Additional options available upon request include a dental kit, electric kettle and tea set, sewing and shaving kit, comb. For little guests, we can deliver to the room: a baby cot/playpen, high chair, toilet seat insert, bathroom step stool.
Booking Conditions
1. On weekends, reservations are only possible for two nights or more
2. To make a reservation, you must specify the name of the guests who will be staying and the contact phone number.
3. Reservations are made by prepayment. The prepayment amount is the cost of the first/one day of accommodation, within 3 working days.
4. Children under the age of 6. including, live for free without providing a separate bed. The cost of an additional place for children up to 12 years old is 500 UAH/day, for children from 13 years old and adults 700 UAH/day.
5. When settling in, you must have a document confirming your identity (passport, ID card, driver’s license.
When booking under the “Wedding Anniversary” promotion – a marriage certificate.
When booking under the “Soon to be a mother” promotion for pregnant women – an exchange card
When booking at a discount for military personnel – a military ID card or UBD card.
6. If your dog is traveling with you – a passport with vaccinations
7. Settlement time is 12.00. Check-in time is 14:00
8. Early check-in and late check-out, not reserved in advance, are provided if rooms are available.
Early check-in: 50% of the cost of accommodation is paid from 06:00 a.m., breakfast is included.
Check-in before 06:00 a.m. – 100% of the cost of accommodation is paid.
Late check-out: 10% of the accommodation cost is charged for each hour starting at 12:00.
9. The minimum stay for booking Cottages, Chalets, Glamps is 2 nights
10. Payment is accepted only in Ukrainian hryvnia. Payment is possible both in cash and by card. Ukrainian cards are accepted for payment: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro.
House Rules
- Early check-in and late check-out without prior reservation are available subject to room availability.
- Early check-in from 6:00 AM is charged at 50% of the room rate, breakfast included.
- Check-in before 6:00 AM is charged at 100% of the room rate. Late check-out is charged at 10% of the room rate per hour.
- Payment is accepted in Ukrainian Hryvnia only. Credit cards accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro.
- For cancellations during the High (June 17, 2020 – October 15, 2020) and Holiday Seasons, the cost of the reserved rooms for the entire period is non-refundable.
- Cancellation policies for other periods are agreed upon with the sales department and are confirmed by the booking confirmation and/or contract.
