Only dogs with a height of up to 30 cm and a weight of up to 5 kg are allowed in the hotel (the list of dog breeds is below)
The accommodation of an animal in the hotel is allowed in the number of no more than two in one room/house. The cost of accommodation for each animal is UAH 500 per day.
Living with animals in the Glamping is not allowed
When making a reservation, the guest must notify the hotel administrator about the animal. Guests who come to the hotel with animals must have the animal’s passport and a certificate from a veterinarian with a note on all the vaccinations the animal has received. When settling in a hotel with animals, the guest signs the “Rules for accommodation of guests with animals”, which confirms the guest’s agreement with these rules and full responsibility for his pet, both materially and in case of damage to the hotel and hotel guests.

Rules for accommodation of guests with animals
Agreement on obligations and responsibilities of a guest living with an animal in

In the event of material damage or damage to the health or life of guests or hotel staff, as well as persons staying on the hotel’s territory, I bear full financial responsibility with all the resulting consequences and have no claims against the hotel.
“Rules for staying with animals in the hotel”
- Conditions of accommodation in a hotel with animals
A. Only dogs with a height of up to 30 cm and a weight of up to 5 kg are allowed to stay in the hotel.
Accommodation in the hotel is allowed only with dogs, which are specified in Appendix 1. (List of dogs allowed to stay)
Note: Further in the text, the word “animal” refers only to dogs of the breeds specified in note 1.
B. No more than two pets are allowed in the hotel in one room.
C. The cost of accommodation for each animal is UAH 300 per day.
D. Guests who have come to rest at the hotel with animals must have a dog’s passport and a certificate from a veterinarian with a note on all vaccinations given to the animal.
E. When settling in a hotel with animals, the guest is obliged to sign the “Rules for the accommodation of guests with animals”, confirming the guest’s agreement with these rules and full responsibility for his animal, both materially and in case of damage to the hotel or hotel guests.
- Rules for keeping and walking animals on the hotel territory
A. An animal can be off leash only within the room where its owner lives.
B. The free movement of animals without a leash and a muzzle is prohibited in public areas – halls and corridors of the hotel.
C. It is forbidden to bring animals to restaurants, bars, SPA center, outdoor and indoor pool area.
D. It is forbidden to feed animals using hotel dishes.
E. It is forbidden to wash pets in the shower cabins of the room, to use towels, sheets and other bedding belonging to the hotel.
F. The guest is obliged to ensure the absence of the animal during the cleaning of the room by the hotel staff or during the repair work in the room.
G. Walking animals on the territory of the playground and on the lawns is strictly prohibited.
- Responsibility
A. The guest is fully responsible for the animal that lives in the room.
B. All additional expenses related to material or moral claims, including lawsuits, the guest undertakes to reimburse at the first request of the hotel.
C. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the guest who lives with animals, in case of violation of the rules of accommodation or in case of aggressive, inappropriate, noisy behavior of the animal, as well as in case of receiving complaints from other guests of the hotel.
